Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) captures the essence of meditation practice in a simple, easy-to-apply approach that focuses on the transformative effects of meditation. Through a focus on fundamentals, the five week AAM course provides you with an easily understood journey to well-being. Accessible to people of all cultures and faiths, AAM makes meditation practice approachable and effective.
The AAM program has been designed by Mingyur Rinpoche a world-renowned meditation teacher, best-selling author, and TED speaker who has touched the lives of thousands of students worldwide. Understanding that we often don’t have much time but still seek change, Rinpoche created this short, comprehensive meditation program to make meditation accessible and practical for modern life, drawing upon his extensive training, partnerships with leading neuroscientists, and personal experiences.
By the end of this program you will:
- recognize that meditation is a tool for self-discovery, and how awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom are innate qualities within yourself.
- discover how applying short periods of meditation in daily life builds the foundation of a daily meditation practice.
- learn to integrate meditation into your busy life by using challenges, distraction, and judgment as part of the practice.
- begin to develop a personal meditation practice that works with your unique interests, skills, and time.
- experiment with using anything as a support for meditation and gain a deeper understanding of how meditation can support greater well-being.
